Would not stay here again. Bedding had a stain, I asked for a new blanket and was told they were short staffed and they didn’t change the bedding for “only a 2 night stay”. The eggs at breakfast had the consistency of a pool noodle and the PB for the toast was expired. I only saw 1 person working for the full 2 days we were there. The tub was stained and the wallpaper in the bedroom was peeling. There were Ryobi tools in the conference center and vacuums parked at the check in desk. I’m not super hard to impress, but wow….. even the landscapers were smoking weed in a beat up shed and it all blew in through the windows. I suggest paying the extra $20 a night and staying at many of the other local choices. Wished I had thought to get pictures…

The initial stench of bleach in my room took a day or two to get rid of. Luckily the windows open. It advertises a no smoking facility but a lot of the staff smokes right outside the main doors which makes the lobby smell at times. The breakfast was poor as well. I got what I paid for essentially.

The staff there was really good. We had a problem with the room when we came back the night and they replaced it with a different room so you were happy about that. They were having problems with the keys for the doors.

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the room during my recent stay. The towels smelled unpleasant and had visible stains. The bathroom floor was covered in hair, which made it clear it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Most concerning of all, the bed had what appeared to be blood stains and boots prints—completely unacceptable for any lodging, let alone at the price we paid. For the amount we spent, we could’ve stayed at a motel with much better cleanliness and service. To make matters worse, housekeeping appeared to be done by untrained teenage boys, which may explain the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. This experience was incredibly frustrating and not at all what we expected.

First room they gave us was still dirty. They gave us the excuse that they have a married couple that do the rooms and one of them was there. We had zero towels. And it was like pulling teeth to get them. When we came back from our day, the towels were in a trash bag thrown on the floor. Breakfast they ran out of things and no one refilled them. We won’t be staying there for a second trip.

The blankets on both beds had blood stains on them, when I asked the man at the desk for new bedding he gave me bedding with stains and then had to move our room because the hotel didn’t have extra linen.
