When asked to bring more towels they didn't. The rooms only had one set of towels when 2 people were staying in the room. They couldn't even take the trash out of the rooms when asked after asking 3 times. Just plain poor service. Breakfast was only so so. Went else where to eat breakfast.

Staff was nice, parking limited to being used as airport parking. Lot snow & ice covered , slippery, not easy to get to building or vehicle. They need to decide if they are a hotel or car park. Never will I stay here again, long term tenants, reals like pot and some shady people wandering the place.

We stayed from February 13-17 2025 The snow fell Saturday into Sunday. By 1pm the parking lot wasnt plowed. By 3pm the parking lot was all ice.. i fell, my husband fell and i couldnt back out due to ice through out the parking lot. There was no parking if i left my spot. 3 doors were out of order. I had to freeze in 10 gegree weather and 30 mph wind to get around the building to get to a working door to let me inside the building. I have pictures to prove everything i just said. The sink was clogged. Water wont go down. Bathroom had so mush dust in it. Toilet is broken against a wall. If you sit on it. The people in the next room feel their toulet seat go up if the are sitting on their seat the same time as you. Definitely do not recommend.
