Isabella and BB went out of their way to help us. Rooms was clean but the furniture was badly worn. Beds was comfy. I would recommend this place for a short stay in Sanford

Hotel is very dated - even new paint and a different color didn't help. Room 'felt' old. NO CLOCK? What kind of room has no clock. Very dim lighting in the room - even with a bright fluorescent bulb in the dressing area. I had to shine my smartphone flashlight to see how to use the coffee maker and the microwave. Formica ripped and missing from the dresser. Overall - a less than satisfactory room. even for $75 a night. Staff was nice. A+ for them.

Rooms were clean. My room had nice view of lake. A nice family was able to enjoy pool. Its not the Ritz but it does the job for the price you pay. Staff was super nice. Think my room was 234 It wss almost at the end of pool side where u can view lake.

The room had a sticky floor, so we asked if they could mop it again while we went to dinner. The friendly woman, Bebi, who checked us in, took care of it for us. She is an asset to the hotel. The room itself was average, but we figured it would be for the amount we paid.
