I need to speak to someone about a refund. My room was very cold no heat. Spoke to Angel property manager said he could've do anythingi have to go through expedia since i paid through expedia, he said you all will contact him for a refund. So unfair to me as customer. it was on the highway-cud hear the traffic all night - music blaring in the hotel and hallways, air conditioning was super high - it was freezing -restaurant food was sub standard - will never go there again

The Westin Tampa is in a good location if you plan on going to the entire Tampa Metro Area. Hotel is well equipped with most things you would associate with a Westin property. On most levels I gave it a 4 star but my overall rating ended at 3 due to the Noise level that came from the room next door. You could hear the guest like they were in the room with you. My understanding is that most rooms are "connecting" rooms and the door might separate the rooms it does nothing to dampen the sound.
