My family and I stayed in a two bedroom, one bath suite at this property six nights. The property was well kept and the room was clean. The furniture was dated and the sofa and chair sat very low. The toilet in the bathroom was extremely low and hard to use. It had been four weeks since I had a knee replacement so it was very difficult to use the toilet. I had to use the lobby toilet to do number 2. The daily breakfast was great, as there was something different offered each morning. We had a terrifying experience within hours of checking in. The clerk mistakenly gave our room to another guest. Two male guests entered our room while me, my daughter, and granddaughter were preparing for bed. We were caught off guard and very afraid, but they quickly left. After clearing things up with the clerk, we were offered ice cream and points on my Marriott account for the inconvenience. The points equated to a one free night stay, which I feel is unacceptable for our terrifying experience.

As usual, our stay was great! This time however, the room itself didn't quite meet the expectations we've come to enjoy at this particular hotel. While it definitely was not terrible by any means, our room wasn't quite as clean as in past stays. There was a bit of dust on ceiling vents, a few small bits of paper as if vacuuming wasn't as thorough as usual, and a couple of small dirt spots/stains possibly even left after cleaning. Very minimal issues! Definitely NOT dirty! I'm really just giving this review to make you aware, not as a complaint. There outside area, hall ways, lobby & breakfast areas were all WONDERFUL, as usual. Coffe avaiable at all times & much appreciated. ALL staff we encountered were great. Customer service was also stellar, as usual. Check-in and checkout was very welcoming and we felt sincerely thanked upon departure. Customer service is HUGE for me and I also appreciate the well appointed kitchen items! We'll definitely continue to stay here! I do have a suggestion; ice water along with coffe & tea avaiable 24/7 in the lobby at no cost, would be a lovely addition. Thank you for another great stay! Despite the very minimal issues stated, we'll be back again! We're simply making you aware.

Everything was great! GM was the one that checked us in at the front desk, and she was very pleasant to deal with. Helped us with suggestions for late night eats and such! The only complaint was that it sounded like someone was having a POW WOW directly upstairs from us at 5:30 am, so sleeping in on our vacation wasn’t an option lol. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Good Room

We stayed for my daughters graduation. The room is big and has a full kitchen. The bed was only a double and was saggy. Only 1 USB charger. Sound proofing is minimal. Stay on an upper floor if at all possible for noise reduction. Overall good.

Overall a great stay. Was disappointed with the bed size because it was a full size, definitely not a queen. Stayed on the bottom floor unfortunately had some heavy footed people above me. And several trains passing through the night. Also the coffee maker in the room was missing pieces so I could not use it.
