The room itself was clean. When we got there to check in the guy was not very friendly that checked us in, there was a work (guy) comeing off the elevator with a trash band it had leaked on the elevator and they just left it. The Hallway had a smell , not shoe what it was. The next day when room service was done they left towels but did not make the bed.When we checked out the ladies was very nice and friendly.

It was OK. Just not the best. Our door could easily be just pushed open and our keycards broke and just wouldn't work. We had to force the door open several times. The elevator made noises that had us scared for it to break any moment. The staff was friendly, though the environment just wasnt the best

The rooms were terribly kept, extremely outdated and in a state of disrepair. The pictures posted do not reflect the current state of the hotel. Our adjoining room reeked of smoke and the hallways smelt like cigarettes and weed. The windows had no screens and did not close properly. We had no shower curtain, we had to get one from front desk and hang it ourselves. The pool was warm but the floor was disgusting and falling apart, the bathroom in the pool area looked like a gas station bathroom. We will not be returning on our journey home.

The front desk staff, specifically Lindsay at check-in, are great. The room was clean so thank you to the housekeeping staff. But the property in general needs renovating. Upkeep seems lacking.

The girl at the front desk was super friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Did not have a fridge or microwave in room, but I was there for 1 night so no big deal. I'd definitely stay here again.

Room for a few hours

I needed a room for just somewhere to sleep overnight a few hours and this worked just fine. One queen bed and a TV was all I really needed. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again if needed.

The room we were given had been recently cleaned but the carpet was still wet. The worst part of it was waking up the next morning and being itchy all over my body. Bed bugs without question!!! I will never stay there again.

Never again.

The toilet in our room clogged up at 11 pm. The bathroom sink also wasn't draining correctly. The front desk woman was very polite but said nothing could be done until morning. Then she offered mea plunger. Neither my son or I could unclog the toilet. I asked for another room, non available. Before I could pack up and leave another lady knocked and she was able to unclog the toilet. There was mold on the caulking around the shower. The walls were a big mess. The people worki g there were very polite but it didn't make up for the mess.

Fine for the price

Only stayed for a night, room was fine for the price, service on front desk was abit blunt (not rude) but just felt abit rushed/not overly welcoming.
