The breakfast was beyond the world. This was the best hotel breakfast ever. Everything was fresh. They even have a yogurt machine with fresh fruit and an espresso machine. No one else does that. Would stay here again.

The hotel is outdated and has a strong, unpleasant odor. I am certain it had bed bugs, as I woke up with numerous insect bites. The entire hotel smells terrible, and the breakfast was unacceptable. I strongly advise against staying there.

Very nice hotel. The upgrades in the rooms were a good change. Nice flooring instead of carpeting. However the hallway carpet was very dirty looking. The mattress was worn on the left side. However, always appreciate the hospitality of the staff.

Twin Falls was a good stay for the most part. The pool was excellent and the kids had a good time. Staff was okay, breakfast was decent, but the floors in the breakfast area were dirty. The light from the neighboring car dealership next door were very bright and kept us awake. Beds were decent and it was clean.

The first room we got had a blocked view and it was dark and the windows very dirty. We requested a different room and got a room with a shower which was fine except the whole shower enclosure had MOLD!! The toilet leak water all the time. I think the health department should be checking this place for health violations. We wanted to talk with the manager on duty but were told that the MOD wasn't available until Monday. We spent only Thursday night in the hotel. Definitely not worth the expensive price.

The property appears clean and well managed. I was disappointed that the breakfast room, like so many, still uses paper plates and plastic utensils. This creates a tremendous amount of waste that ends up in landfills. I believe that using real plates and silverware is not only better for the environment but will be more cost effective for the hotel! s

Check in, pool, rooms were nice. There were kids running up and down the halls screaming, knocking and rattling door handles well after 1:00 a.m. We called down to the desk and asked for some help with this and they said, "We'll see what we can do." and did nothing. No one in our group of three rooms got any sleep - not a good experience.
