Clean room, high ceilings, great amenities (laundry, rental umbrellas, etc) Staff was friendly though largely international over the weekends so only met the local staff on our last day who both had the best recommendations! WALKERS SHORTBREAD EVERY NIGHT! Such a great touch!

Just a really nice place to stay - close to the station and the castle - right in the middle of everything. Kitchen was nicely done, good quality feel to the room, iron and ironing board came in handy. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a nice stay.

Awesome location — right in the city centre and only about a 5-minute walk from the train station. Super easy to get to shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The staff were great too. I mentioned the room felt a bit cold and they came right away to sort out. Really solid service. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying at Fraser Suites Edinburgh if you’re visiting the city.

While I appreciated being given a room immediately upon arrival as I was exhausted from traveling, there were huge cracks in the walls and chipped paint, one side of the heavy blinds was hanging off, these types of things should be repaired before utilizing the room for guests. Also I could hear every door slam, the women across the way speaking loudly every night, so noise installation was non existent. I liked the area it was in, very convenient but would likely not stay there again unless upgrades were made.

What a wonderful property. Beautiful building and lovely decor, furnishings, scented public spaces, and terrific, friendly staff. So affordable and the breakfast, when not included in the room rate, was a really reasonable additional cost well worth the money. We LOVED the hotel and will definitely be back again.

The rooms were clean and the staff was VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. They have on site laundry services which was a huge help to us as we had been traveling and needed to wash clothes. That was a nice amenity for us.
