Late check-in fee of £5 (not clearly disclosed in booking process). Major works being carried out during stay (again not disclosed prior to booking). Bed bugs in the pods. Pod beds uncomfortable. Bathrooms/toilets filthy. Overpriced. Needless to say I shall not be returning.

Cold room, bed bugs, only 1 shower, 1 toilet and 1 tiny sink for 12 people. Never hot water to shower (I stayed there for 5 nights and never had hot water). The only thing that worked was the Wifi. It was relatively clean as well, so thank you to the cleaners, but everything else was bad.
