Sheryl at the front desk was amazing. We called because we had arrived early and she told us about the Choice Privilege Membership Program that as a member you are able to check-in early without a fee. Besides being really friendly, she was so helpful. Gave us some options for meals and gave us a little map and showed us how to get there. Everything was within walking distance including getting to Roger's Place for the hockey came. Excellent experience and Sheryl made the experience even better. Thank you Sheryl for helping give us lasting memories. It's refreshing to see someone that truly cares about the person in front of them and gives such great service.

The room felt like 30 degrees. The staff provided a fan but it was extremely uncomfortable. The front desk said they would refund the parking fee and 20% off. They said talk you Hotels.com about the refund as the rokm was paid for through Hotels.com, on the app
