Horrific Experience!
Horrible experience overall! The room was filthy. Everything was falling apart. Blinds were broken, carpet had holes all over, tile around the jet tub was missing a huge panel, dents and damage to all the walls, cupboards and the fridge. There were food stains on the walls. Dirty oil hand prints on the doors. Mold all over the bathroom. There were black hairs all over the tub, shower and sink and all of them had soap residue like they had just been used. Mirrors were dirty. A layer of dust over everything. Karaoke night at the downstairs bar and walls were paper thin. It’s also across from a fire station, so sirens going off all night. Something is majorly wrong with their plumbing because large chunks of sediment kept coming out of the tap when turned on. The heater never stopped running, so it was 30 degrees. When their handyman came to look at it, his solution was to turn the heat off completely - so either freezing or overheated. I have environmental allergies (molds, grains etc) and when I woke up in the morning, my allergies were so bad my eyes had swollen almost shut. Asked for a manager numerous times and was told that we could talk to one in the morning. Never did talk to one, but we checked out in the morning and spent our second night at a better hotel.
