Neighbourhood is terrible. There was a couple trying to reserve a room for an hour while trying to check in. Room had so much air freshener that I’m sure they were trying to hide a body. Breakfast area had juice spilled all over the floor.

We had numerous issues with key card to get in room, freezing room, clogged toilet, and staff that seemed disinterested in assisting other than a lovely woman who was cleaning rooms. At least it included a mediocre breakfast.

Great budget option!

We had two rooms for our brief two night stay in Edmonton. Beds, bathrooms, shower were all very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was a perfect way to start the day - this was one of the reasons we booked the Holiday Inn, and it didn't disappoint. Lots of food options for breakfast and they are constantly restocking anything that runs out. One of the rooms had some kind of water damage on the floor of the carpet so it was constantly wet and had a strong cleaner smell to it, but it was not a big deal. Overall still a very great, comfortable, and safe stay. If you want to save some money, this is the best place to book.
