Easy check-in. Nice staff. Room was nice. Bed was a little too soft for us but we loved the pillows. We arrived on a Sunday and there was clearly a wicked partay on our 2nd floor the night before, the hallway was a mess and they were cleaning all day and the next morning. Cleaning staff were far noisier than necessary at 8am on a Monday but at least we were up already. We would stay here again.

Hotel and rooms were good. Staff very pleasant and professional. The underground parkade is ridiculously low clearance so unusable by anyone with a SUV or truck. Because of this the surface parking lot was full and fairly long walk to the entrance of hotel
