We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and spotless upon arrival. The bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best we’ve ever slept in while traveling—and made for a truly restful night. Every detail in the room was well thought out, from the cozy linens to the ambient lighting. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. Whether you’re staying for business or leisure, this hotel is a fantastic choice for comfort and quality.

Needs some attention

Disappointed the hot tub has been down for months. Were not alerted ahead of time this time. One elevators was down for most of our stay which was difficult for only 1 elevator for the whole place. None of the lights on the elevators work, doors close very quickly.

The staff during check in as well as check out were fantastic! Super friendly, polite and smiling. You don’t see that often these days. I was quite impressed. My room was very clean and comfortable.

I like the location and the staff was friendly. Lobby was beautiful. Hot tub and sauna was not working. Elevator sometimes not working properly. Comforter had a blood stain when we open for sofa bed. I informed the frontdesk and they replace immediately
