Romantic weekend away

We were there in the Christmas season and it was beautiful! The courtyard decorations and lovely music on the automatic piano set the perfect ambiance for a romantic weekend away! Rooms were clean, bed was very comfy. They did a great job with the recent renos. Will definitely be back here! Price point was very affordable for anyone.

Unfortunately the fridge froze all the fruit and vegetables I sent up with him so that was a downer. He doesn’t like to eat out so losing all the expensive healthy food was a let down. Otherwise everything else was good.

Friendly service, good free parking.

I always get good, friendly, attentive service when checking in and out. The rooms are nice though some are a bit outdated. Great pillows. Comfortable beds. I noticed they have gradually been changing their soap/shampoo to a new brand. I haven't tried it as I always bring my own. Kind of annoying music being played to loud in lobby and atrium... Underground heated parking is great, particularly when the Edmonton weather is cold. Gym is huge with a very wide variety of machines, weights, running track etc. Included breakfast would put this place over the top in value, but for now it is not included.

Has underground parking. The elevator needs maintenance. Check in girl didnt explain that the hot tub and sauna are put of service. Bathroom counter wasnt cleaned property when i arrived. Not the best visit.
