The atrium is cute, would be better if plants were real though. Can't wait for the sushi place inside to be open. Easy to get Uber and Uber eats. Floors felt secure as after quiet time you needed a room key to access the floor. No snack machines but they did have a mini convenience area in the lobby.

Room was big and comfy to be in. The pool was a good temperature and nice and big. The front staff could be a little friendlier with smiling at the clients. Would be nice to have a directory in the elevator as to what flor parking is on and the pool/ gym. One more downside was the phones in the bedroom would not connect to the front desk. Little frustrating as my cell phone was almost dead and I didn’t have a charger but I needed to use it to call the hotel to talk to the front desk.

Rooms were very nice and clean, good value for room. Received a call at 2:30 am from the front desk saying that our room has been too loud and that the police would be called. All while it wasn’t our room, was the room above, and us being asleep the entire time. Would at the least prefer a knock on the door or somebody to talk with us before immediately threatening removal without confirmation. Place was still nice, and would stay again.

Overall very good

Overall happy with our stay but a few things they could do better on. Pros: indoor heated secure parking, very friendly and helpful front desk staff, central location, and room was very clean, quiet and spacious. Cons: mostly very minor but annoying - tech issues in room, phone didn’t work, tv didn’t work just got blank menu screens (finally figured out you had to unplug and replug the tv power cord and that reset the tv channels and guide) wifi didn’t work using the provided password using room # and last name) but then the front desk gave us a different code that worked, not much toilet paper ( 2 part rolls that each were almost finished) no spoons or stirrers for the coffee, no cream or whitener. Minor issues but all combined added up to some annoyance. All resolved by housekeeping or front desk staff but a waste of our time to have to keep asking about everything.
