The heating is noisy. It was a choice between being cold or being able to hear. The coffee maker was substandard and dirty. Knock off Kureg. The hotel was so rundown. Our bathroom sink had a giant crack in it. The furniture, walls, baseboards ect were all chipped missing paint. The staff were good but on the whole I would never go back. It was a dirty rundown building that at some point must have been nice but now it is just a dumpy hotel.

The Filipina staff is very nice and friendly. Accessible area to University, Hospital, Southgate Mall and downtown if you have a car. Huge room but cleaning is upon request so don’t forget that. No microwave in the unit but have a mini fridge. If you’re a family of 4 this is quite interesting, there are 2 queen beds that separated by a washroom. Practically, you get what you pay for so don’t expect luxury.

Smelled moldy and the room looked like it was occupied before I got there. Plus it’s right in the train route and if you aren’t used to a train whistle blowing at all hours then it’s not for you either

Every time you book through Expedia, it’s like they find the worst room in the hotel for you close to the elevator, close to the noisy heat exchanger cleanliness of the room. OK nothing special staff did not know where my room was located breakfast there was no breakfast. My rating of this hotel is average nothing special.
