I gwt its near the railroad tracks. What made me upset was check outbis 11am but the staff is banging ilon yhe door at 9am! This is why your hotel rating is so low! The staff here SUCK!

The hotel is not as clean as it use to be. I know it is not a new hotel but with the right maintenance and a little bit of improvement like putting a new hair dryer, exhaust fan and at least change the ironing boards cover.

No hangers?

We tried to check in early, were told there were no rooms available right then, but for 30 dollars one could be available. We passed on that deal. We found the room sufficient, except for the fact there were not enough trash containers for our specific room, as well as no clothes hangers.

The outward appearance of the hotel, the main entrance, restaurant areas, bar area, service staff and front desk staff are impeccable! Very welcoming and friendly. They could spend more time checking the rooms after they’ve been cleaned as our sheets had stains on them, the towels had stains on them which we didn’t use anyway. The previous people who used our room left an unused condom over the smoke detector which tells me they were either smoking or vaping, etc In one of the rooms in our suite. There were nail clippings all over the floor and socks from the previous people left in the room. We had to wipe down surfaces ourselves because they were dirty, like stuck on boogers and smears of whatever else on the table surfaces. The rooms could use some updating and could be double checked after they’ve been cleaned by cleaning staff. How they missed the condom hanging from the ceiling when they went in to clean and we noticed it right away is beyond me. Great hotel, needs improvement in cleaning staff and updating the rooms for the price they’re renting them out for. Paid almost $500 for two nights in family suite.
