The pool area looks wonderful. Beds are so saggy soft and uncomfortable. Breakfast was cold and sad.

I was very disappointed to be put on the first floor, not realizing that it was the pet floor. We were not told this beforehand. We stayed the first night and my sister is asthmatic, was reacting, causing her to use her inhaler all night. Then on both sides of our room , there were dogs that were barking. We told the staff who was wonderful and changed us to the third floor. I really do think, that people who do not have pets should not be put on the first floor which is for people with pets.

Had 3 different rooms in 20 minutes first one had a clogged sink and on a pet friendly floor when we did not book to have animals or be on the floor with them. then got moved to a room that wasnt cleaned yet on a different floor then got moved back on to the pet friendly floor. Staff didnt check the rooms they just gave us keys to check ourselfs. We were almost late for what we came into town for dealing with this and when brought up at check out they said the manger would reach out the following day and its now been a week and still waiting to hear from them. Very poorly managed place.
