Was really great overall, would stay here again. Good location to get out of Edmonton quickly in the morning. Their board games, that were advertised though, were terrible! The drawers with the games were in absolute disarray! Missing pieces, couldn't play a game.

This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. The front desk staff member who assisted us was incoherent, unable to grasp the simplest explanations, and reacted with open frustration at her own inability to understand. Rather than seeking clarification or offering solutions, she doubled down with dismissive, condescending behavior that left us feeling gaslit and unwelcome. This was not a matter of a minor misunderstanding it was a complete breakdown of professionalism and basic hospitality.

I wanted to like this place, coming in it was great but our room just got worse and worse. We arrived late at night and I thought it was nice the blind was down - turns out it was broken and only stayed down, no natural light available. Our room was an accessible one for my 82 yr old parent, but it was over the laundry room and even with the AC on the vibration of the machines was on and off all night. It was also very hot in the room from this so the AC didn't keep up. The tap in the bathroom had zero water pressure, I did not want to risk a shower. The breakfast was standard Hilton and nice, but not accessible really, drinks not even visible from the food - on the other side of the room, super crowded and not a lot of tables for the size of the hotel. Another room may have left us with a better impression but things looked and felt like they were just barely keeping things together there.

Not the usual comfy stay

I usually enjoy staying at this establishment but this last stay was not the best as the shower curtain was not clean it was yellow at the bottom and there was stains all over. There was also a small leak coming from the fire alarm pipe above the fridge. This was in room 411

I liked the easy access to the property and the parking. Rooms were clean. The only issue I had was with breakfast but mainly has to concern the patrons not the staff. I noticed many patrons touching the food (bread) with their hands instead of the tongs which ruined my breakfast experience for the week. I am very sensitive to hygiene and seeing that made me not want to eat after the 1st night. It’s not the hotels fault but I’m not sure how this could be managed for the future.

It was a nice place to stay. It was clean and nicely decorated. The room didn't have a microwave or coffee pot though. The staff were great. However.our room was not cleaned once and we were there for 5 days so that was disappointing. Great location and clise yo all amenities.

Nice rooms, not a fan of the shower cause water gets all over the floor. Breakfast is sufficient for free. I thought the pool was bigger but still a fair size, and I like that it is one depth the entire way across. Sad there was no hot tub though.

Great room , decent breakfast but having the currents of Windermere a five minute walk away was worth its weight in gold. Our recommendation is trying the scoop n roll creamery for an after supper treat.
