This is a beautiful and affordable hotel. We enjoy that it has a pool and complimentary breakfast. The suites are clean and comfortable. I love the big walk in showers.

There was a big variety for breakfast. Pillows and beds were very comfortable. Very family friendly with an area for mini sticks and an easter scavenger hunt.

Very friendly and helpful staff Easy checkin and checkout Laundry facility was helpful Comfortable beds Nice blackout curtains Decent breakfast, would have loved some healthier options like plain yogurt, granola etc.. Wifi on the 4th floor didn't work Water pressure in the shower was very low Inadequate bathroom lighting Comforters without duvet covers was not ideal Cleaning supplies used in common areas where painfully strong smelling Rooms could use some updating, artwork, carpets etc.. Pool area had too much chlorine Heating unit was powered off but the central heating continued to make the room too hot at night

Great staff! Some restaurants across the street, close drive to head to Nisku or South Common shopping and eating areas. I used to stay here for a month when I moved to Canada and this place is top notch for being a suite with kitchenettes. Highly convenient. My short visit this time around was just as amazing! There is currently some construction going on, and I will plan maybe 10 minutes ahead if you are to be scheduled somewhere. Other than that, this place will be great!

I wouldn't return. The room smelled bad when we arrived, the walls are not sounproofed so you hear every noise, and a couple arguing very loudly in another room woke me up in the middle of the night and kept me awake. There was also a nasty looking cushion on the couch that I grabbed with gloves and threw in the closet. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. There are tons of hotels in Edmonton, I'll find something else next time I'm here for work.

They take guest satisfaction seriously!

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff is dedicated to guest satisfaction, with a great morning briefing led by the manager. The breakfast was delicious, thanks to the kitchen staff for constantly refilling the trays. The room was spacious, with a handy kitchenette, and we got a great deal for our stay. A fantastic experience overall!

We have stayed here several times and always find the property clean, the staff friendly, and the room as expected and comfortable. We appreciate the kitchen space in the rooms and the privacy allowed by separate bedrooms when we travel with our children. The property is very easy to access due to its location and is close to many stores and services.
