The room was very clean but the thing that made me most thankful was the staff! It was a overnight trip that was made alone with my dog on my deceased daughter's favorite Holiday. They did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible!
My only immediate family was comfortable and relaxed and beside me!

Water pressure in shower was very low. Tv kept pixelating and freezing while we were watching Michigan game. We were a little chilly so we turned the heater on but it smelled so bad we turned it off. It also looked like it was coming loose from the wall, we could see right through to outside.

Staff there are great. Friendly, helpful. Room was ok. Side doors were not locked ay any time, night or day. Uncomfortable with that. Carpet in hallway in very bad shape. Coffee in room and at breakfast was pretty bad.

The room was fairly clean, as was the overall site. The breakfast food was limited, with few healthy options. The bed and linens were comfortable, the TV was small. The fridge and microwave were nice to have. But I found that this hotel was very noisy and you could hear everything going on in the rooms around you.
