Phenomenal staff and very clean!

I was a little concerned based on the location when we arrived, but the staff members were excellent, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was great! Definitely would stay here again!

No elevator to 2 nd floor. Handicap accessory to single rooms was full. But was decent access and given a room close to the stairs. And room was very clean and decent. Personnel were very nice and on top of stuff and paid attention to details

Super friendly staff. Clean , comfortable, good choices for breakfast. Not to much road noise. Unfortunately had neighbors that were fighting at 3am. Not the fault of the hotel.

It was a good deal for the price. The staff was amazing. The only problem was that one side was smoking rooms and they were smoking. Our room was fine, but as soon as you went in the hallway, you could smell it terribly.

Nice and Clean and Easy Parking

My first visit and I'd go back anytime. The hotel and the staff were lovely, and the price was right. A special bonus for me was that there was a lot dedicated to parking RVs or in my case, a 15' truck with a car transport attached.

I was charged for the room twice. One from hotels.com & the hotel charged me. I brought it to their attention. I was told they took care of it. They didn't. The charge is no longer pending it's a completed transaction now.

It looks like a revammped hotel. Fixtures are old and dust is everywhere,carpet is old and not clean. The money they charged was definitely too much. Baymont used to be at least holiday inn caliber now this is what 2001 motel 6 was.

Bathroom was disgusting

The bathroom was filthy. The shower was full of black mould and dirt. It was so dirty that we did not shower before leaving.
