Bad pull out

We chose the room with a separate living room so we could use the pull out bed. The bed slanted and was so uncomfortable we couldn’t use it. Had to sleep on the couch instead. The rest was fine.

The young lady that signed us in was very pleasant and shared what was available in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed that food places were near enough to walk, after sitting in the car for hours it was nice to stretch our legs. The pool temp was perfect. A lot of times pool temp is so cold you just decided to not even try. There was the usual breakfast items but it was clean and stocked well. Check out was fast and the gentleman was quite courteous. Had a question about the bill and he checked everything to relieve my mind that everything was ok and right. Told me it was better he check now where he could fix a problem before I left if there was one. Haven’t been this impressed with a stay in a while. Will keep them in mind if we travel this way again.

Ice cold shower

Not so good. The hot water was ice cold. TV was busted and had to swap rooms first thing. Was told they only had two of the four water heaters working in the entire building. Everyone I talked to there was pissed about no hot water
