There was no hot water in our room. We were staying overnight for a cheer competition next door. We called downstairs twice and no one made an effort to come up and look at it. Multiple other cheer families were in the same boat as us and when I contacted Expedia the hotel said they had no complaints of a hot water issue. Lies!! Would not stay here ever again!!!

The toilet didnt work. At one point it overflowed into the bathroom. It started making noises soon after we got into the room which leads me to believe housekeeping would have seen the problem when they cleaned it for the previous customer, and we never should have been put in that room. They sent someone to fix it which didn't work. We then had to move to another room after I had already unpacked. Our flight the next day was at 6 AM. We picked this hotel because it's about 5 min From airport, but shuttle and breakfast doesn't start until 6 or 6:30 AM so that was useless for us and we had to book our own car service to get us to the airport. We couldn't get a receipt at checkout because their printer wasn't working. They said they would email it to us but we still haven't received it. When I dialed the desk because of our problem with the room I could only "speak" with an AI voice. The coffee maker in our 2nd room was Kurig but only had pods like the 1st room, not Kurig cups, so it only made a non-satisfactory cup which I couldn't finish. I won't go back to this Hotel. To compensate us the manager offer us dinner which we declined because it was late and we had already eaten and gave us some kind of bonus points for a stay at a Hilton which I will never do again after the experience we had.

NO body wash our entire stay. a real bummer for three ladies. Never left us enough wash cloths or towels. Had to request more each day of stay. ran out of hair conditioner. maids said all the things we couldn't get were on the truck. Needless to say the truck never arrived.

The previous time I stayed here, there was construction ongoing which was not communicated. I discovered it when there was no water. And then later when the water came out brown and stinky. Asking the front staff I discovered the construction/remodeling. Ok, inconvenient but it happens. This stay, there was no hot water for showers--tepid, at best. This happened each morning. If I showered at night, there was hot water, but evidently (I'm assuming) the hotel water/heating cannot accommodate so many guests showering in the morning at approximately the same time. This is unacceptable. I chose this hotel both times because of its easy access to the convention center. However, I would rather drive/walk. I will not be staying here again.
