Check in was great. The front desk clerk Saturday was very very very rude. The hotel room definitely needed a good cleaning and the towels were dirty. Asked a cleaning lady for fresh towels and she immediately got them but they weren't any better. Bathroom and tub were old and dirty and needed cleaning. Check out was great.

One star cause you cant leave zero...Front desk staff were jusp plain unhappy people, ive been to 4 other hotels and none kept monry for incidentals. Front desk help kept telling me even though my room was paid for i still had to put a deposit down and i said for what...he said you know anytime you rent a house or apartment you have to put a deposit down in case you tear something up...if he had said for incidentals id have know what he meant. Then when i check out she gives me a reciept showing they were giving my $100 back and it would be in my acount in 5 to 7 business days. I needed that money. The bed was the hardest ive slept on in my life...could barely move the next morning, went down for breakfast and it was cold cereal or coffee...i chose coffee, the only two smikes in the entire building was the wonderful lady cleaning rooms and mine smiling back at her saying thank you...will never stay in another Super 8. Should have known what i was in for when i saw the condom vending maching in the front lobby next to check in.

The room was not clean. The bathroom floor was not mopped or cleaned. I found a broken piece of wood behind the chair and cigarette ashes on the carpet next to the chair. The microwave did not work. The night front desk person was rude and didn’t seem to care. The morning front desk clerk was extremely rude and told me to never come back. I want a refund or I’m done. Period and end of story.
