Our family enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, pool was a nice amenity for the children and breakfast was decent. We would stay again, when we’re in the area.

Check in was great. The gentleman working the front desk when we arrived on 11/14 around 9pm was very helpful and friendly. That's about where the positive ends. The rooms aren't horrible, but you get what you pay for I guess. HOWEVER, the most concerning part, was that in the middle of the night I woke up to the beeping of the keypad on our door. It started off with just beeping and next thing I knew someone was trying to get into the room. They tried over and over again and were rattling the door pretty hard. I was traveling with my mom and seven year old so we were terrified. We called the front desk to ask for help and whoever was working at this time shrugged it off and said they probably had the wrong room. Okay... but they were still trying over and over. I was unable to sleep, even after they finally gave up. It's just sad to me that a worker was unwilling to walk upstairs and find out what was going on. If it had gone on any longer than it did we were going to call the police. This wasn't just a "I'm trying to get into my room - oops its the wrong one..." it went on for close to 10 minutes. Do not stay here if you're traveling alone or without someone you feel can protect you because clearly the workers don't care.
