Nice hotel

The hotel is very nice. Comfortable bed. Just one night stay but I would stay again if I was needing a hotel in Elizabethtown.

We stayed for ten nights. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing. The hot breakfast was good. My only complaints are the renovations were super loud and the pool was closed for those renovations. We didn’t know about the renovations until we arrived. All and all it was a good experience and we’ll stay here again.

Ok, but not great

The room was nice. Unfortunately, a young chuld was crying and screaming in the room next to us for hours that night until after 1am, and then again around 6am. I called the front desk to ask someone to check on them. I hope someone did. It was quite disturbing.

Not impressed

Very upset I paid upfront for a king size suite only to get to the hotel and being told they overbooked , then proceeded to put me in a queen double bed, not acceptable! I feel I should have go what I paid for. Then they tried to compensate me with 10% but nothing is on my account!! Customer service n trying to fix the problem was terrible, won’t be staying there no more!! And on top of that i cleaned my room again sheets had stains and the tub had hair in it!!
