Bathroom dirty, window screen broken, wire cover hanging from wall. And this is just by our room and side door. He showed me three other rooms, after I complained of bathroom. They are all the same. Need DEEP cleaning not just the daily wipe. Also, covering on bed frame held together with tape. And nightstand missing handle. Needs work! Huge pot holes in driveways.

This hotel was exactly what we needed it to be: an easy and safe overnight stay for a weekend of playing in the snow. It’s safe, clean, and they have dog friendly rooms. It’s not going to blow your mind but if that’s what your expectation is for a hotel of this category, you’ll be sad either way. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. If you’re doing a fast trip to cle elum where you’ll barely be in the room, this is a great spot for the price.

Location good. Adequate for a night but they need to pay attention to trash inside and outside. Vacuuming daily would be a good start-halls were pretty bad. Feet stuck to the un-carpeted floors which made it seem dirty but may be residue from cleaning products. Really did not like that I could not have just air blowing from the heater during the night.

This is a cheap hotel option. But about as good as I could expect. The managers were great, the breakfast was fine, the place was very clean and comfortable.

The lobby floor, rug, and furniture was dirty and stained. The chemical cleaner smell was stronger than usual in a hotel. It lead me to check the bed for bugs right when we entered our room. Good news, no bugs. But the walls, furniture, and bathroom door were all dirty and soiled. The carpet in the room wasn't vacuumed from what I could tell. I wiped down all the furniture with a hot rag before using it. It looks family owned and run and everyone was kind, but it wasn't clean.

The location is right in the middle of downtown and easy to get to off the freeway. The service was prompt and professional and the room was spacious and cozy!

Room had been cleaned well but had a fragrance of tide detergent. Room temperature was perfect on the setting upon arrival. Train tracks behind the inn made minimal train sounds overnight but would cause me to request mid hotel next time instead of the rear of hotel.

Very nice staff...

After an initial issue, all things were resolved and the staff were so nice. We spent Christmas with them and it was nice to have a home feeling. We were a big group with a Dog and they did very well to accommodate us the best they could. We would come back here again
