No Frills Hotel close to Valley Hospital. Was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the room and how clean it was. Even though it is sandwiched between two highways, I never heard any traffic.

Checking in was great; as this was our second time staying at your establishment. We were greeted by the same staff who checked us in the last time. She was very welcoming, just like the last time. Unfortunately; a few hours after we checked in; my boyfriend and I had to check out, because there we had an emergency. When we went downstairs to check out, the staff who checked us in must have left for the night. The staff who was there was on his cell phone and barely acknowledged us when I told him we were checking out early because of an emergency with our kids. He was very inattentive. He did not even stop what he was doing on his phone. It seemed like, he was on a FaceTime call. He just said, you're all set. We had a question to ask and chose not to ask him; because he clearly wanted to get back to his phone.

Good rates. Convenient to Paramus. Terrible WiFi. Very unreliable. I stayed here for at least 10 days and I mentioned that it needs fixing. I had to walk down to Starbucks for a reliable connection
