Dated hotel, person checking us in barely spoke to us, could have been more welcoming. Hotel was clean, breakfast we skipped due to quality and limited choices. Hotel was suffice for just an overnight and back traveling the next day.

This facility needs to have new management. Refrigerator did not work lost all my food, milk, butter, coffee creamer. Sink faucet did not work. Bathroom floor corners and shower not clean. Noticeable cracked floor tiles, not safe for bare feet. Spoke with on site manager was promised that I would be contacted by general manager in order to "make it right".....Did not happen. Clarion in Sulphur Springs is way better.

Hotel was very clean and staff was nice. The quality of everything else was not worth the money they charge. They need some serious upgrades. Bed was very uncomfortable.
