It was just a quick stay but check in was quick and smooth, room was clean, hotel was secure, and check out was just as easy. My go to in Emporia.

Not impressed. #1 No signage! We drove up & down the highway several times & finally had to go parking lot to parking lot to read the street numbers on the buildings to find the place. #2 The desk clerk was very friendly & accommodating, but his English was very limited which made getting information awkward. #3 Even with every available lamp turned on the room seemed dim & the only window opened into the lobby offering neither additional light nor privacy. #4,5,6 No cups, no hair dryer, no coffee maker which seemed odd as there was a mini fridge & a microwave. One small waste basket in the bathroom, none at the desk & one facecloth for two people. The beds & pillows were good, so we did sleep comfortably. If all you needed was a clean bed for the night it would do. We would not stay here again and we would not recommend it.

The heat worked well, the room was clean, comfortable and had nice decor. The TV was a nice size and had lots of channels. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size and very clean. The only not so great things were: the very small and thin bath towels, it was hard to find the motel at night due to lack of signage and the fact that we got back to the motel very late (after the front desk closed and there was no way to ring for service) and my room key did not work. Luckily the manager somehow heard me having issues and came out and helped me get into the room (but I was pretty panicked for a little while). Overall the motel was a great value and I would recommend staying there. You can tell that the owners care and are really trying to offer a good experience.

Room was clean, suite was very roomy, staff was very courteous! Being right off of the lobby was a bit unusual for us, but again, the stay was very comfortable! Three minor things could have made it even better: 1. Breakfast, 2. USB ports for charging electronics, and 3. an easy to read sign, so we could tell we were in the correct place!

Very nice large clean room. The gentleman at the check in desk was very nice and showed us where we could park our car and trailer. Even though the main hot tub isn’t working the in room one was nice. Coffee in the lobby but plenty of breakfast spots near by. Not much to look at outside but very nice inside.

The hot tub was shut down and tile falling off the pool. Bathroom was dirty, the hot water handle looked like it was coming out of the wall. We did get locked out of our room, but service was quick to get it resolved. The rooms were clean, but the beds were small for queens.

Dirty, filthy lobby, smelt like urine and must. That’s as far as I got because even though I followed through with the confirmation instructions to inform the hotel if I was arriving after 10pm I received no communication from the hotel and arrived to find the lobby empty and when I called the number on my reservation and from google it went directly to voicemail. I was on a long road trip and just needed somewhere to sleep. So after getting no response from anyone with eleven boutique I had to find new accommodations at a very late hour. This hotels lobby and parking lot were old, dingy and run down. I wouldn’t let my dog walk on the floors in there. Avoid this place they wouldn’t even call me back after leaving several messages let alone give me a refund for a room I never had a chance to check into.
