I was locked in the hotel room for almost an hour after the door lock malfunctioned. They had to break the door to get me out and I was having a panic attack. Nobody even apologized for what happened and despite being told that a manager would call me, nobody ever did. Terrible customer service and I am pursuing this matter further.

Everything was decent about my stay except one glaring issue. Someone most certainly was smoking in the room. It had a heavy dusty smoking smell that was hard to avoid. I was so tired from my ride I didn’t ask for a change. The shower was also very weak and hard to get under the water enough to clean myself. Unfortunate as everything else was good including the amazing receptionist.

The friendly faces at the front desk Tyson (manager) was amazing. The room was clean & bathroom fully stocked . The temperature of the room was perfect a little too cold but the AC works!

Just staying overnight on our way to Florida, but the room was humid and numerous aspects were in poor condition. The tub had numerous human body hairs in it. The hotel had a rating of 4.3, so we thought it would be perfectly fine. Not good.
