The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were there for my daughter’s softball team. The team stayed in this hotel too. When we came down for breakfast there was a bucket full of water bottles on ice with a sign wishing them good luck. What a great added touch. Appreciate going the extra step.

Nice, clean, and super friendly!

While my stay started off rocky due to hotels.com messing up my reservation, it ended up being a very nice trip. It started when I arrived at the hotel and was informed that i was only booked for one room instead of 2. I showed them my confirmation showing that i did indeed have 2 rooms forn2 nights. They informed me that something was booked incorrectly on Hotels.com's end, and that if id already paid through them, that i was goong to need to contact them. After contacting them, we found out that they had booked one room for the correct date and the other for September. The guy at the counter was super helpful and was able to arrange for them to cancel my stay in September and even called the manger and asked if they could honor the rate for the booking date instead of the current rate, which was $30 cheaper a night. She agreed and we were all sorted out. The rest of the stay was awesome. The breakfast was delicious and well maintained for the entirety of the serving time. The whole hotel was clean and very cozy. It was located in a good location with good access to restaurants and activities like bowling and miniature golf. The entire staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely want to make sure we were having a good stay. I will most definitely be staying in this hotel for any future visits to Ottawa, and i would recommend it to others as well. Thank you for an amazing stay!

I booked 2 king suite rooms with bathtubs, but when I arrived I was told that they had to change my (already paid for) reservation to queen suites, but assured me that the rooms did have tubs. When we proceeded to the rooms, one was actually a king suite, the other was a queen and only one room had a tub. They charged my card for 3 deposits insteadof 2, then also charged my card 3 MORE times for odd amounts around $1 each. I finally have received my deposits back now, but they did nothing about the other charges besides tell me that it was a problem with their system and apologized. Due to the small amount taken, I didn't fuss over it, but it left me feeling pretty uneasy about more charges possibly arising now. Not great business this time. Although, the night duty male tried hard to get my issues fixed, his manager told him there was nothing they could do.

The hotel was in a convenient location right off the expressway. The hotel was clean and even had Dove bottled products. The bed was comfortable, lobby welcoming, and a variety of breakfast items. Overall, a great stay.

Great hotel

The hotel and their rooms were spotless. The morning breakfast was hot and very good. There was a gentleman who made sure the hot items stayed full. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and modern

Checked in and staff was very nice. Facility was clean. Got up to my room and someone had pulled the lock to keep the door from latching. As a female traveling alone this was unsettling. Then one of the beds was ruffled like someone had been sitting there, tv was on and so were all the lights. All night there was a whistling coming from maybe the bathroom or next door. I couldn’t tell. Regardless, I opted to forfeit the payment and not go back for my second night.
