Breakfast limited vegetarian options, cereal stale , milk tasting weird, nuts stale and smelly, oatmeal not good, pancake machine broken . Terrible service. Cleaning lady rude and banging on our room door telling us rudely to empty the room. Carpet smelling bad in the elevator and in the room. Would not recommend to anyone. Money wasted.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start, as the overall experience was very disappointing. There was a persistent musty smell throughout the hotel, especially in the bedroom. It was difficult to identify the source, but sleeping in that environment was extremely uncomfortable. I had to use perfume in the room just to make the night tolerable. The hotel appears old and poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and a general feeling of insufficient cleanliness and upkeep. Soundproofing is very poor. Conversations from neighboring rooms were clearly audible, doors on our floor were constantly slamming, and guests were loud until around 3:30 a.m. As a result, there was no proper rest, and we eventually woke up at 6:30 a.m. to leave as early as possible. Breakfast was very low quality and disappointing. Considering the conditions, this stay would be reasonably priced at around $50 per night. We paid $150, expecting a level of comfort consistent with the city and price range, but unfortunately the experience did not meet those expectations. The only positive aspect worth mentioning was the comfortable pillows. Overall, I feel misled and regret the money spent. This hotel left a very unpleasant impression, and I would not recommend it to anyone who values rest, comfort, and good value for money.

Made reservations for Standard Room with King-Size bed. Room with 2 Full Size beds was given instead and told there were no more rooms with King-Size beds. This is the exact same thing that happened to me on Dec 18, 2025 at this property -- only that experience was 10X worse. Was given a room that had a distinctive foul odor and told there were no other rooms available. This is totally unacceptable. I have traveled and stayed at this property numerous times over the years and it makes absolutely no sense to make reservations or stay there again if reservations are not properly honored. Both times I arrived very late and was offered to cancel the reservation for a refund but with nowhere else to go I had to accept these less than clean and less than desirable accommodations. This property is unsatisfactory. It has fallen to playing a bait-and-switch game with its guests and has abused my trust. I want a partial yet significant refund of charges paid for both my stays on Dec 18, 2025 and Jan 2, 2026.
