The hotel as a whole was clean and quiet. The parking is very disappointing if you are traveling with a Uhaul trailer. You are required to disconnect the trailer in a parking spot and park beside it or park elsewhere at nearby rstaurants or Walmart. This did not provide us with peace of mind that our property was parked in a poorly lit area without cameras.

The property needs to be updated. Needs an elevator for older people and for families that have kids and alot to carry up. The room was cleaned but alit if things had eear and tear in it. The breakfast was terrible. Need to make sure stuff is done and hot.

No Soap/No sleep

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Texas and we had a pleasant stay in a room on third floor. We liked our stay, so we stayed again on the way home. The night staff was friendly the first time, but a different staff was working when we returned and he was not. The room was freezing (it was 20 degrees out) and the heat was not turned on in the room. I turned it up to 72 and it eventually warmed, but stayed very warm all night even when I turned it down to 65. We had no soap in room. I went to the front desk and asked for soap. He said there was no more soap and another room asked about it too, but he didn’t have any and couldn’t do anything about it. The next morning I saw the service cart in the hallway and saw soap. I grabbed one for our room but we didn’t have any soap until then. We had someone open our door at 9am while I was in the room and said that they were checking the door, but claimed they didn’t know the room was occupied and just used the key to enter our room. The room we stayed in on the third floor was nice but the one this time was showing its age.

They were evasive about how much the credit card processing amount/hold was going to be. They couldnt tell me what they were going to charge me. My son and I felt terrible about 20 mins after settling into our room. Like we were allergic to the air and we felt better as soon as we left.

Did not sleep so well.

Stay was fine with the exception that apparently this is the favorite hotel of the giggly teenage girls with ADHD gymnastics team, and they did not stop giggling and jumping around until 3 AM.
