Poor customer service at front desk

When I made this reservation I specifically asked for rooms next to each other. Then I called the hotel and called again last week to confirm. Got to hotel front desk worker was quite short and said they were fully booked and put us on two separate floors. Not a pleasant experience after all the communication I made.

Our stay was ok. The place was clean and convenient. We didn't eat the breakfast, so I can't speak to that. My only complaint was the bed wasn't very comfortable. Other than that, all was good.

Pool was out of service, with it not be stated on the website, or wven the door as you enter, had some very disappointed kiddos. Room was clean and quite, breakfast was good, evening staff was super friendly she was great to work with, day time staff was standoffish.
