There was a huge bathtub dirt ring around inside of tub. My phone wouldn’t charge, I brought it to the front desk attention, they offered no help, said it was my phone…..when walking to my room from the elevator, the housekeeper, sitting in another room was taking a break in the chair, (instead of housekeeping) she was browsing thru her phone. REGRETFULLY, I didn’t grab a photo….i wish I had. The property was well kept, breakfast was good….i know the issue with charging my phone was on Comfort Inn problem, not my phone. Upon arriving home, I charged my phone with no problems and I’m actually using my phone to complete this form

Accommodations are clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Only downsides are a slow and somewhat unsettling elevator and a subpar breakfast. Hard boiled eggs were frozen, oatmeal offerings were plain without any worthwhile add ins...

This hotel is VERY NICE, check in was nice and easy, it was very nice and quiet. The room was very clean and spacious, bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable and clean, and just the room in general was super nice, 10/10 would recommend, this was an awesome hotel!!!

Poor customer service at front desk

When I made this reservation I specifically asked for rooms next to each other. Then I called the hotel and called again last week to confirm. Got to hotel front desk worker was quite short and said they were fully booked and put us on two separate floors. Not a pleasant experience after all the communication I made.
