Room 200 was very clean up on arrival though had a smell throughout the stay. I don't think it was mold or anything, but I have never smelled that before. I don't know if it's a cleaner or what, but it was still present after 2 nights. I did not bring it up to staff, so no affect to what I rated the staff and service. The one star off was for the check-in. It very much felt like a "get in, do what you need, and go" experience and was not very welcoming.
Room 200 also has a large number of windows. At this time of year that makes it poorly insulated. There is a lot of wind noise from over the bay, competing with the very noisy heater cycling on and off. Thermostat has a very loud click when it turns on, along with the sound of the heater itself, and it rattles. Combining all this with a bed hard enough to feel pressure points at the knees, hip, and shoulders, I did not get good sleep during my stay until I was overtired by 4 or 5am, then slept through the morning.
The whirlpool tub was okay. It's plenty large if you like a private hot tub, though it lacks jets. Instead it bubbles from holes lining the lower sides that disturb water at the edge and make turbulence. The rain shower is fantastic, and I feel is a huge plus for the rooms here that have them.
