Ended up booking during a wrestling tournament. 100s of kids (probably ages 8-10) running all over the hotel unattended. Running up and down the hallways until 11-12 oclock. Couldn’t utilize the pool or hot tub because it was overflowing with kids. Even the hot tub was completely full of kids and kids jumping from the sides into the pool. Again barely any supervision as most of the parents were downstairs at the bar. Obviously these kids weren’t the hotel’s responsibility but something could’ve been done about the chaos through the hotel all night.

I truly enjoyed the Shoreline restaurant for dinner. Amazing food and drinks and great service! The view was beautiful at sunset. The Bistro for breakfast has a Starbucks so that was wonderful. However, the avocado toast was $11 and very bland. There are only two elevators which was not enough considering the volume of foot traffic. The parking is next to the hotel however you have to get a ticket at check in and then go back to your car to put on the dash. This is very inconvenient especially when parked in the garage and it is cold. My suggestion would be to issue something guests can print before arriving or registering license plates so you don't have to go back to your car. Overall the hotel was clean, spacious and the restaurant was great! Just a few suggestions to make it even better.

Erie - February 22

Excellent hotel with clean rooms and very nice ambiance in the room. The Shore Line Grill was also a nice surprise and a beautiful view of the bay.

Okay stay. For the price I wish it had been a bit nicer. 3 issues. 1. Called for towels in the evening and they were not delivered. Called again in the morning. 2. Took a shower when we arrived and water was hot. In the morning the water was only mildly warm. 3. Was a little surprised a was charged $16 for parking over night. First time I had to pay for parking since staying in a hotel in Pittsburgh and New York. This was the first time I stayed at this property and would most likely not stay again when comparing the peace and what we received.
