Was absolutely disgusting and horrible. The staff are there are rude not nice. Had to switch rooms five times due to problems. I would never ever recommend this place to nobody. This place is crap. Staff was bad from the time in the door. Refused to answer questions. Just kept saying ID. Then refused to locate a cart we had to carry everything to the 4th. Then wouldn't give quarters for the one washer - dryer. Lied to me and said they had change machine at hotel next door. Didn't exist. No juice for breakfast. Place is a joke. Save ur money
