Thea at the front desk was lovely and kind. The rooms were clean and breakfast was perfect. The beds were very comfortable-no back pain :) The adjacent malls were enjoyable. Many restaurants to choose from in the vicinity.

Poor place to stay

The floor was dirty. The bedding was dirty and stained. There were kids running and screaming up and down the halls and stairs. Running around yelling the parking lot.

The hotel needs signage at Interchange Road. It is very difficult to find. The room had 1 desk chair. There was an empty corner where chairs and a table should be. We had half a roll of toilet paper and an open lotion, half full. I called the front desk a couple times and there was no answer. I had to go downstairs and knock on the “employee” door to get toilet paper. No one was at the desk or insight. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was great. For the price, we expected more attention to detail. We have stayed at other Fairfield hotels before so had higher expectations.

Not a 5* property but top notch for a 3*. Service, cleanliness and breakfast were excellent. The beds were 5* in comfort! Practically in the mall Parking lot, so shopping and restaurants were very close. Great last minute booking for a quick stay!
