Staff was really helpful. The first room was so bad that they moved us to a second room. The whole place is just rundown though, but you also get what you pay for it and cheap hotel. * if you’re looking for a real breakfast, this might not be your favorite place to go. They had waffles, toast, and bagels, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee.

The rooms are ok, need to do better at cleaning them, we had used bars of soap left in our bathroom and the vents were covered in dust. Beds were comfortable, the staff was limited. When we went to the desk for anything we had to wait quite a while for somebody to get there. The best part is the bar/restaurant very good food and service! Will stay there again because of that.

If we hadnt booked thru expedia so the fee was nonrefundable we would not have stayed here. It was rundown & smelled strongly of pot. The bathroom was so bad we thought if we showered we'd be dirtier than we began. The tub edge was very mouldy, non slip strips in tub 1/2 peeled off, the exhaust fan was very noisy. Overall a disappointing experience. The door didnt lock properly

Do not stay here.

Location is a motel, not a hotel. Have to go outside to access room and outside to access everything from your room which isn’t pleasant when it’s 17 degrees. Room has hard floors which weren’t clean. Bed has no box spring or support under mattress. It was like sleeping on a cot. Breakfast was nothing like pictured on website. No protein of any kind, no chafing dishes as pictured. Will not stay again.

The place is listed as 2 stars and that's what you get. Run down, kind of dirty, kind of sketchy. But there's a bed and hot water and I got the room for $60 TOTAL. It's not great but it could definitely be worse.

Unhappy with our room

We were disappointed in our room. The corners in the bathroom were very dirty. There were hair fibers on the shampoo containers in the shower. We couldn’t control our heat. The buttons didn’t work. There were no rugs on the floor and the winter weather brought water in with us and made the floors slippery

Room was dirty behind the beds, old food and wrappers, something spilt down on bed skirt by head board. Floor was tile, very cold. Noisy spot. Asked for a different room, was accomadated right away at other adjoining hotel. Much better.

It was terrible. So bad that I called a different hotel which I booked and spent the night at. The water wouldn’t drain from the tub. The linens didn’t fit the bed and were torn and worn out. Entire room was dilapidated old and in disrepair. I have stayed in quality inns all over the country, never had a bad experience like this. DIPLORABLE!!! No wonder it was non refundable .
