Checked into a cold room with no shower head. Moved to another room that was warmer to start and had a shower head. Poor communication to check me into a room that was not really open. This hotel is close to the thruway and I could hear the traffic.

The young gentlemen who greeted us and checked us in really made us feel welcomed. He explained all the policies and offered us hot cocoa on a bitterly cold night. The hotel is modern. No weird smells. No long term residents.

Review from my kid: Clean halls, nice lobby, 24-hour hot chocolate or coffee, pool and gym from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sofa and a good TV. Breakfast was good—the pancakes were amazing, the cereal was good, and the milk was good. Overall, really good

Very good and comfortable place to overnight stay during long travel - it had everything: good, clean room, pool and exercise equipment, breakfast with warm and cold dishes, coffee, tea, hot chocolate available 24 hours. Definitely recommend it.

It was wonderful stay!the staff is very friend/outgoing.rooms was clean when we checked in. We stayed for week they was on top of clean sheets and towels in our room. I would book a stay again!
