It was quiet and in a safe area since it is in an industrial park. This place was perfect for the price point. Comfy bed. Quiet. Didn’t even know we were by the airport. Breakfast was good for the price point. It was clean. Staff was friendly. We stay for three nights and it was easy to get to downtown Cincy. Little musty smell but I bring a little air freshener with me. The first night bed was not remade but no biggie. Again for the price you really can’t beat it. I’d honestly stay here again

Somewhat disappointed

I booked the room on-line. When we arrived we were told we had a room for ”handicapped”, and that that room wouldn’t accommodate us. On my own reservation confirmation e-mail it said : “1 night, 2 adults, 1 room. One queen bed, non smoking “. No mention of “ handicapped”… We were charged $10 to be put in another room - a very comfortable, spacious room. We signed up for shuttle in the am. When we came to it the driver didn’t see us on his list. Luckily there were not too many going at that time, so we were able to get on it.

I was disappointed in this property. It was outdated and I didn't feel safe. The woman working at the breakfast buffet was extremely rude and seemed put out because somebody asked for a spoon 2 minutes before the buffet was open. She rolled her eyes and slammed the door to the kitchen. I will never stay there again.

I booked this hotel at the last minute. I arrived at the hotel first because I wasn’t sure exactly how far it was from the airport. I figured I can just book it at the counter since I was there. They gave me a price a lot higher than what I saw on the Expedia site so I told them that I would just book it on the Expedia site and they said that the price on the Expedia site was wrong and that they were gonna go in and adjust it so I made the booking before they made the adjustment Especially since I was only gonna be there from 11 PM that night till four in the morning the road was OK. It was basic it was clean rooms are not carpeted. DoorDash was able to deliver food straight to my door although no one knocked so the food probably sat out there for an hour before we knew it was there. The hotel was perfect for my very short stay of six hours. The hotel offers shuttle service which I was able to catch back to the airport at 4:30am. The shuttle was on time and it took about 10-15 mins to arrive at the airport.
