Great! Location – convenient for the downtown core. Firm mattress. Good shower pressure. Great gym – a lot more variety that I’m used to in weight equipment. Well designed and comfortable room and common areas. I liked the beverage bars on each floor, especially the tasty water to fill my water bottle. Staff were friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend and return.

Our room wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM. We had driven all night and simply wanted to rest, it was brutal. The room was fine and the hotel was decent, but the customer service was very subpar.

The rooms were not very clean; housekeeping never came to change the garbage or give clean towels. Requested it in the morning and waited the entire day. When spoke to Raul the manager, he gave some garbage bags and towels and said that he will give some credits for the inconvenience, which was not on the record and the staff said they don’t know anything about it. On Sunday morning, one of the elevators was not working and the other one was packed no space for luggage trolly; had to take luggage down the stairs for 5 floors. The staff were not helpful finding any solutions. I would have appreciated if the managers acknowledged the inconvenience and followed through his promise. On a positive note, the food and staff at the skiff restaurant were very good.

As a 74 year old 100% disabled veteran I had to try to carry my suit cases up FIVE 5 floor from where I was told to park first floor of the deck. The elevator was NOT WORKING so after I finally got to my room I had to take a nitroglycerin pill for chest pain. I rested for awhile till I felt better. I couldn’t go anywhere because walking all the way to the “single elevator at the middle of the building was very stressful so I couldn’t afford room service and that ment I didn’t get to EAT ANYTHING all day then my 1 day stay was terrible. I checked out even though I had the room for two nights I told the desk man about my overnight stay he said he would give me my deposit back. Asked about the cost of the second night he said he’d only give me my deposit back. I checked out before 0930 on the second morning so my empty room was paid without ANY use. I am consulting the Veterans Administration for assistance in getting a refund.

Everything from parking to breakfast costs extra. They do have a 24-hour coffee station which was nice. Now, it's Vermont in the winter so I know it's hard to keep the carpets spotless but everywhere had crumbs as if it hadn't been vacuumed in days. It appears to be under construction so there were limited elevators. It's fine but could use some updating for sure
