The room was clean and nice. I’m disappointed because I reached out about adding an additional night, they didn’t have availability which was fine. I asked for a late checkout and was told yes via email. When I checked in they said 11:30 was best they could do. But then our keys were turned off at 10. Disappointed in the communication.

OK in Estes Park

Staff was helpful. The room was decent. Old, but in good condition. The exterior is in need of upgrading. The breakfast was minimal and the breakfast area was crowded since they don’t open until 7 am. Wi-Fi and tv channel options were very good.

Walking distance to shopping and quick drive to the park. Good shower, comfy bed, decent comp breakfast but terrible coffee. There was peeling paint on the walls. It is just old, but had what we needed.

The rooms were ok, but the outside property could use attention. The pool was green and murky. The balcony walkway was dangerous as the carpet was coming up causing a tripping hazard. The gravy was cold and my AC wasn’t working properly.

Check-in was good. The room seemed clean but desperately needs renovated. The carpet was torn, doors veneer peeling off. Pool water was green, not fit to swim in. Property exterior was very dirty. Not sure how this Property has an excellent rating. Very deceptive rating !

While the room was relatively clean the outside was really run down. There was outdoor carpet on the stairs and landings that were frayed and falling apart that posed a tripping hazard. The wood was rotted and needed repair.

This hotel is, as advertised, very clean, although our room was a little run down. The desk clerk--when we finally checked in--was quite friendly. But we arrived earlier in the day not to check in but to leave our bags so that we could tour around and not leave valuables in our car. There was a rather officious sign on the locked door telling us that there was no early check-in and to come back after 4 p.m. No one was inside for us to leave our bags. We called several times and no one answered. So the rest of the day we had to take valuables (two laptops, a Kindle, purse, etc.) in a backpack wherever went somewhere. After checking in, we had a room with a little balcony, which was nice. The breakfast had some eggs and biscuits and sausage gravy but little fruit--fairly basic but OK. One highlight were the prairie dogs behind the hotel at dusk.

Bathrooms are not good, flush was not working. no one is there at the night to give keys, its already late night but when we entered to property, toilet flush is not working, at night 11 pm how we managed we only know. please refund my money, terrible service.
