Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and beds very comfy. Breakfast, and that Elk chili are very delicious. Pool was warm and clean. Very good experience for first time in Estes Park.

My biggest complaints were that we could not get the shower hot and Gnats were stuck in webs on the ceiling in our room. The breakfast was good but only one day out of the three we stayed had the Elk jerky chili. Beautiful area though.
