A lovely retreat high in the hills above Estes Park, CO with views of the Rocky Mountains shimmering in close proximity. Herds of wild elk made their way across the stretches of their vast property each evening with diners in the Twin Owls (adjoining) Steak House gasped with delight!

Taharaa Lodge is great little B&B. They have a fantastic breakfast each morning and Sunday breakfast was amazing. They always have fresh fruit and food is cooked perfectly. We stayed in the Stetson room. Very nice room, BUT be aware there is no air conditioner you can use continuously. Note: the shower could use a new shower head. The little balcony has a nice table and chairs and they offer a nice coffee service delivered to your room, if you like. There was no view from our balcony. The pines were too large, so we didn’t use it. We would stay again next time we come to Estes Park.

Beautiful Lodge with Great Access to RMNP

This is a beautiful lodge in Estes Park that is secluded but close to everything! The cattle baron room is very spacious and lovely. The breakfasts were always delicious and the king bed was perfect! We will return here!

An amazing place that was a perfect home base for exploring the Rocky Mountain National Park. The breakfasts were great, the room was comfortable, and the hot tub was exactly what I needed after a long day of hiking.

Wonderful Lodge

We absolutely loved our stay at Taharaa. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were cooked to order, super delicious and filling. We loved the fact that Twin Owls Steakhouse is part of the lodge so evening dining is super convenient and Twin Owls is probably the best restaurant in Estes Park. We will return and highly recommend.

Nice, quiet retreat. Located just out of town, but easy access to Park and downtown. Included breakfast was great, as were staff. On site restaurant (dinner only) was excellent but expensive. Good cell and internet service. Only suggestions, add desk and chair and less complicated TV services.

no service after 5pm. literally no staff on the premises after 5pm. which would be fine if they didn't charge almost $400 a night. don't forget to put in your breakfast order the night before, they scolded us for asking for breakfast without pre-filling the order form. No fridges in the rooms. otherwise, everything was beautiful and clean with an always running hot tub.

Our stay at the Taharaa Mountain Lodge was fantastic. The rooms and common areas were super clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and super helpful with information.
