I know the property is under renovation but our room was to have been completed. Yes new vanity and shower very comfortable beds but doors and furniture dirty. The toilet seat was loose and the filters and grills totally plugged. We have stayed here several times such a shame

A nice quiet, clean, modern affordable spot to stay for a few days in Evansville. Near YMCA, highway, and several nice restaurants.

Elevator and third floor reeked of marijuana my first night there. Asked the front desk for a maintenance person to service the AC, but no one ever fixed it. Any chocolate left out in the room melted out of the packaging.

There as a room that had furniture, boxes wires hanging from the ceiling. It smelled like chemicals. The door was left open the whole time weve stayed there before and had no issues. This stay wasn't the best

After being moved to a different room due to strong fumes from drywall and painting, the 2nd room was near interstate..super loud.. bed was comfortable..odd room set up though..it was clean...

This is an independently owned facility. When we arrived, there was not one employee in the entire building. They had a guest sitting in the lobby by the front desk to let people know that the person that was working, had to leave and would be back probably in a half hour or so. There was eight families waiting in the lobby to be checked in by the time that one employee got back. Ridiculous only have one employee for a whole hotel.
