Exceptional staff, Great rooms, Amazing hot tub and pool area. Good breakfast We stay at a fair number of hotels, and we like to stay in the 3 to 4 star range. While this is listed as a 3 star hotel, its very close to being 4 star in our eyes. 10 out of 10 rating for a 3 star hotel. 3.99/5 by comparison to other places we've stayed at. If they updated to more modern window treatments and flooring in the rooms, I think this could eaily be a midrange 4 star hotel. Highly recommend staying here

The front desk employee went inside our room and took our dog to the front desk since she was barking (we were unaware that one of us needed to stay in the room, we had went next door to dinner for 30 minutes) and did not call until *after* they had done so. We were understandable to the policy, but the fact that they did not call first and after was infuriating. Luckily our dog is super friendly.
