I would like to share some concerns regarding my recent stay at your property. While check-in went smoothly and the room itself was comfortable, there were a few incidents that left my family and me quite disappointed.
First, we were looking forward to using the heated pool after breakfast this morning, only to find it closed due to a broken heater. Unfortunately, this information was not disclosed during the reservation process or at check-in. My daughter had already changed into her swimsuit and was very upset to learn that the pool was unavailable.
Secondly, at approximately 10:45 a.m., someone entered our room without knocking while we were in the process of getting dressed to check out. This was an extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable breach of privacy, as we were partially undressed at the time.
On both occasions, I approached the front desk to seek clarification and assistance, but the staff member I spoke with appeared indifferent and dismissive of my concerns. I found this lack of professionalism and empathy very troubling, especially in a hospitality setting where guest experience should be a top priority.
I trust you will look into these matters seriously and address them with your team to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. I would appreciate a response regarding how these situations will be handled and what steps will be taken to prevent them from happening again.
