Overall the location, room and property is excellent. Service is top shelf. If cost is not an issue and you want a great experience, this is it. Controlled access to all areas and beach is private. The Opal properties are right on the water, sunset is fantastic every night. Only issue was conflicting information regarding having a guest for the day.

This is the 2nd time I stayed here and I normally do not go to the same place twice because there are so many wonderful places to see in this world, but this location, staff, food, room, service service service it's unmatched. If you are looking for a 100% pampered trip, this is the spot. They meet each and every request promptly. Cannot recommend it enough, and this is NOT a paid advertisement.

Clean, quiet with beautiful views. The bed could be a bit more comfortable but it wasn’t bad. I highly recommend and will definitely return. The parking fits taller vehicles like my truck which is huge!!

We had a wonderful stay — the rooms are great, and the menu is reliable and consistent. I did rent a movie for my granddaughter for $24.99, but since she fell asleep, we couldn’t finish it. The next day she wanted to continue watching, and I was surprised to learn I’d need to pay again. It might be nice if families had the option to resume rentals or, even better, if a couple of additional children’s channels were available. That would be a thoughtful addition to an already delightful family property.

We’ve been staying at this hotel in Naples for many years, and we keep coming back because the beachfront is stunning and the staff are exceptional. Their kindness and service play a significant role in our decision to return. That said, I want to provide some honest feedback: the beachfront apartments are in need of renovation. The interiors feel dated and do not align with the price being charged. For such a beautiful location, it’s disappointing that the accommodations don't reflect the same standard. We would love to continue choosing this hotel for years to come, but we hope improvements can be made to the rooms so that the overall experience matches the incredible setting and the outstanding team.
