The room was disgusting. It was dirty and smelly. The cabinets were falling apart. The bathroom had mold in the showers. I would not recommend this place.

The room was ok. The outside of the appliances were dirty, there was hair in the shower, broken rack above the toilet, broken hairdryer. The breakfast was minimal and the coffee pot was empty.

Although the location of the property was excellent and the staff was kind the hotel room we stayed in was in very bad shape the floors where cracking and uneven. The bathroom very rundown. The mattress on the bed was rough. The pull out mattress was so bad it was unsleepable. The hairdryer was dangerously broken. Also, the policy of having an Also, the policy of having a complete kitchen, but you have to request any appliance or dish or piece of silverware sent to you is completely ridiculous and a waste of time if you return to your room late at night, you have nothing in your room and have to wait or request to get anything in your kitchen to use it. I’ve never seen this beforeand as an and is a complete annoyance and discomfort when staying somewhere. Unfortunately this is not a hotel we can return to to use.

The check in is very slow. The room are poorly maintained. Older furniture. Strange or unpleasant odor. Some staff are talking loud. They advertised that breakfast is included. But they provided snacks. I will not book or recommend this hotel.

Carpet doesn't look like in photos. It seems it has not cleaned for a years. Toilet seat was not aligned properly. We stayed on main floor, so for privacy we can not keep curtain or black out open. Lighting was not good enough.

The front desk associates where very nice. Made the stay even more enjoyable. There were so many shops and places that were conveniently located close by and everything wasn't even 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend. 10 out of 10

Bugs and noise - not good

Would not stay here again. I was only here from 11pm to 9am. My limited interaction with the staff was pleasant, but everything else was unpleasant. Five minutes after I arrived a cockroach was hanging around between the door and the fridge. The room was not very clean - plastic trash on the nightstand, clump of hair stuck to the doorframe, glitter on the sheets, bugs! I could hear other people walking around upstairs and using the bathroom all night. The building is old and not very quiet. After I checked in, the front desk staff was gone and a man came in the lobby (it was late - 11:15pm on a Tuesday) and followed me to the 2nd floor and claimed he couldn’t find his key. As a woman traveling alone at 11pm this made me uncomfortable and I had to wait a few minutes for him to leave before I went to my room.

Staff provided good service. Property smelled of marijuana, especially the stairwell. The stairwell exit/entrance door was ajar in need of repair our entire stay. For the price, we were satisfied with our stay.

Loyalty pays off

I stay here not infrequently. The last time I arrived, before even getting to any other business, the staff informed me that had I forgotten my favorite hat the last time (something I had failed to comprehend just yet - I thought for sure it was somewhere around the house), and that they had it for me. Sure enough, after checking in, they went and retrieved the hat, which had been stored in a plastic bag with my name on it so it would be there the next time I came back. You can’t beat having good people on staff.

Not the best

We arrived on 11/7, no one was at the front desk, the next morning none of our keys worked, they were reset, out for the day came back to find out the keys did not work again due to employee setting for one night when our checkout was the next day. There was not ever someone at the front desk our entire stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
