After letting the front desk know we had no heat and we asked if there were portable heaters since we were told there weren’t any available rooms to switch we were told we would get a return call which never happened even after we called down two more times but luckily there was a stove in the suite so we turned on both burners to warm the room up on a 28 degree night, needless to say we won’t be returning

We had to wait about fifteen minutes to be checked in. The front desk had sign that directed us to a courtesy phone. We saw none. The room was not clean. There was hair (not sure if it was human or animal hair) all over the bathroom.

The hotel itself was not clean, there was moldy food in the trashcan in a room that was to have just been cleaned. There were no cups no coffee or tea. The cabinets were all peeling and chipped. The air conditioner did not work properly and needed a battery in the remote. The room key took eight or 10 times to open the door. The workers were relatively rude. You could not use the public bathroom in the lobby. The hallway smelled like dogs. I can say, however, that the bed was comfy and the towels were nice.

I received a call at 3pm saying that they were unable to honor my room reservation with 2 beds. I told them I needed 2 beds and would need to cancel. I made other arrangements more than an hour out of my way. I was then charged even though they canceled on me!

On arrival staff didn't seem to eager to help with check in. Hotel needs a renovation soon. Room was quite dated, closet door missing. Having to go to the front desk to ask for kitchen wear that wasn't present in the room. Dripping bathroom faucet did annoy while sleeping. Bedroom storage was damaged. Would not recommend to anyone.

The location was good for my needs. The floor in the kitchen was sticky (not properly cleaned). Needed to use the restroom when entering to check-in - was told "no public restrooms" - so I stated I needed to get to my room to use the restroom - during the whole check-in process (which took too long), it was not mentioned that there were restrooms steps away from the lobby, next to the elevator. I will be back to the area for business in the future - will make it a point not to stay there again.

Badly in need of updating, chipped paint and old furniture. Mattress was plastic covered. Smelt bad, no glasses or utensils in room - had to ask for those separately. Had to wait over 15mins for some one to show up to check in. Would not stay there again

Traveling with family can get expensive.The kitchen with full size fridge was a plus.We were able to make breakfast in the morning before heading out to explore the city.All in all the hotel was clean,quiet and close to where we wanted to be.Will definitely come back.

Awesome staff, room needs deep clean

Both of the ladies at the front desk during check-in and check-out were awesome. So nice and friendly! The room, not so great. The hair dryer plug was broken open and unusable; shower curtain bar coming out of the wall so curtain wouldn't stay closed; hair and dust build up on the top and bottom of the bathroom door, leaving a pile in the corner and a huge wad of something that moved back and forth with the door; water damage and dust stuck on top of bathrrom door, with water damaged ceiling; cabinets, appliances, and couch in sad shape or stained. Saving grace was the newer flooring throughout the main room and the bed and sleeping area seemed mostly fresh and well-maintained. Breakfast was available, but only coffee, tea, oatmeal packets, nutrigrain bars, and muffins. Was hoping for a piece of fruit or something, but better than nothing to keep from having to stop elsewhere.
