My issue is with either Expedia or Best Western, I'm not sure which. When I went to check in, they had no record. I had to sit for 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia to get it worked-out. It did, but I was late for an engagement because of the issue.

Clean and Renovated

The hotel is newly renovated and was exceptionally clean. My only issue was that the mattress and pillows weren't that comfortable. Additionally, please note that many of the rooms are located on the outside of the building, in a motel-style configuration.

Stayed for one night. Checked in really late close to 12am and there was still a receptionist available, which was very convenient. The rooms are outdoors with a parking lot and you can park right in front of your room. That made it very easy for me to bring things in from my car. Staff were nice, complimentary breakfast and coffee in the morning, easy check out. Would stay again. 👍

Our stay was overall average. I have stayed in many Best Western chain this one in particular needs a bit of work- room outdate with furniture, carpet, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was decent and cleaning was good cannot complain about that. Easy drive to many eating places and pharmacy as i appreciate as we traveled with two kids for just a few days....it did the may job to rest our head for a few hours as our itinerary was a busy one.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Paring space available at room door. Disadvantage was having to walk from toom outside to go to the lobby and dining area for breakfast. Breakfast was good and staff members were pleasant.

Better Response!

This particular Best Western Hotel facility badly needs a face lift on the exterior and in the rooms! While the lobby area is inviting and contemporary in look, the other areas show their age. Having the Moose Lodge in the rear is also a negative - noisy!
