Just okay
Stayed 1 night when visiting friends in Fairfax. Check in was easy, and the room was clean, but there was very limited hot water for showers, breakfast was mediocre, and there were milk alteranatives.
Although the property was definitely clean, it is vwry outdated and worn. The key card disnt work most of the time in the door. The beeakfast was basic and the use of foam cups and plates is unacceptable in size and material. Staff was friendly amd helpful.
The room that I stayed had cockroach infestation in it and the microwave oven had mold and fungus in it.
The room was terrible. They could do a better job of maintaining the property.
The hotel is in need of a remodel bad. It wasn’t welcoming or inviting. The entire parking lot was a sheet of ice and dangerous. The front desk told me it had only been plowed at the beginning of the storm and never came back.,
This hotel needs renovations and serious repairs. After reporting no hot water for a shower, it was never restored and I ended up with no hot water for the rest of the stay. No other rooms. This is the second time I’ve not been given the type of room I’ve booked because there was a problem with the original booked room. The toilet also didn’t flush properly. The coffee maker is woefully inadequate and the coffee in the was horrible.
Perfect for my needs. Rooms were spacious and had up to date tv, coffee maker, fridge etc for my needs. Wifi was strong enough for me to be able to work from my room and the staff was helpful
The hotel is conveniently located. The mattresses were old. The carpet dirty. Needs updating. Would not stay again

Clean, Sufficient, No Frills
Check in was at 5am due to a delayed flight. I had called front desk the night before to alert them but still they had marked me as a no show despite my having already paid. Front desk was annoyed I requested a 12 pm later check in to sleep. Room was clean. Bed was average. Hot tub was a nice touch to de stress post flight. Entire hotel was dated. Wish the room came with water bottles as most hotels do these days. Average price, average experience. You get what you pay for.
